Description
This 4mm. scale GWR 29XX “Saint” Class 4-6-0 tender locomotive fleet number 2903 “Lady of Lyons” is built from a whitemetal kit and painted in the post-1945 livery. The locomotive has been bench tested and is in working order. A post purchase service is recommended. The model is well built and painting/lining is in very good order. Power pick-up is from the driving wheels, which have insulated brass tyres, all other wheelsets are nickel-silver. Buffers are fixed and a standard coupling is fitted to the tender. The cab backhead is detailed but painted black only. Tender has real coal. Good quality original storage/transport box.
