Description
This 4mm. scale SR Diagram 1386 21T. 8-Plank Mineral wagon fleet number 6244 in brown livery is built from a plastic kit with a wooden floor and metal body detailing. The model is in good running order fitted with all metal disc wheelsets. The axleboxes and brake rodding is all metal. There are brass coupling hooks as well as the early metal hooks. Prototypically, these wagons were originally rated 20T. but were up-rated to 21T. later in service with withdrawal taking place from 1954.
