Description

This 7mm. scale BR(W) 4-6-0 tender engine number 6023 “King Edward II” in brunswick green livery with early emblem originally built by Brian Hawkes of Carlisle from an original Malcolm Mitchell kit has been re-engineered by Bob Merry. The locomotive is in excellent running order & condition It has Slater’s wheels, beam compensation to engine, sprung axle mounts on tender, Canon motor with flywheel mounted on an ABC gearbox, power collection from both engine & tender, cab glazing, crewman, backhead, fallplate & coal to tender. It has a high level of detail & paintwork (including weathering) by Alan Brackenborough.
