Description
This Gauge 1 BR Standard Class 9F 2-10-0 tender locomotive fleet number 92209 in black late crest livery was built from an Aster kit by Dave Walker. It was converted to electrical drive by DJH Engineering with the fitting of a motor and gearbox in the tender, and Cromford Design fitted the locomotive with batteries-on-board and radio control. Subsequently, the radio control was up-dated by Peter Alliott with the fitting of Spoerer TX-21 transmitter equipment. The locomotive is in good running order and little-used condition. The locomotive is housed in a timber carry-case with hinged end-flap.
