Description
This Gauge 1 Caledonian Railway 8T. Open Wagon in brown livery was.released by Bassett Lowke. The tin-plate vehicle is in free running order fitted with steel tyred split spoke wheelsest with brass axles. The original un-sprung brass buffers are fitted although at one end the buffers are no longer aligned, and supporting metal blocks are fitted to the rear of the buffer beams. Both couplings have side movement but have been damaged.with one now held in place by a bolt with nut fitted on the underside of the floor. The body and paintwork are generally in reasonable condition although one bufferbeam has some damage.
