Description
This Gauge 1 London South Western Railway Dia.2478 30ft. 2nd. Class Coffin Train carriage fleet number 123 (original carriage built in 1879) was supplied by John Waggott/J & M’s team from their own brass etches. The vehicle is in excellent little used condition with one previous owner. Compensation is provided by working bogie springs and verticle axle movement at the hornblocks. The wheelsets are steel whilst the bogies are brass. The glazed carriage interior has partitions, seating and some passenger figures. Buffers and couplings are sprung.
