It is in good running order and condition with NiMH batteries on board and Peter Spoerer TX-21 transmitter and controller equipment. The cast wheelsets on the engine have working hornblocks, whilst on the tender, the middle wheelset has compensation. The buffers and couplings are sprung. The glazed cab has excellent backhead interior detailing with crew figures. There is a lift-out real coal load mounted on plywood providing access to the tender, with battery charging point and power – on/off switch mounted either side of the tender filling cap at the rear. Currently, the locomotive has a wooden transporter/storage box with hinged lid and sprung handle.
