Description

This “O” gauge BR (Ex.LNER) Class D49/2 “Hunt Class” 4-4-0 tender locomotive running number 62765 “The Goathland” in lined black livery and early crest was built & painted by Graham Varley from the DJH kit (ref. K344). The new locomotive is powered by MSC MT 30:1 3-stage gearbox and Canon 1833 motor with flywheel, driving Slater’s wheelsets. The locomotive has undergone significant re-detailing. The tender centre axle has vertical springing, as has the pony truck. Buffers and  couplings are sprung. The cab detailing is excellent. Hinged fallplate.
