Description

This 3.5 inch gauge Porter 2-6-0 Tender Locomotive number 369 in blue livery was built some 20 years ago for the American Market by the OS Engines Company, Japan (Founder Shigeo Ogawa). The prototype was built in 1880 by the H. K. Porter Locomotive Works in Pittsburg. The model has a silver soldered superheated copper boiler with axle pump water feed (auxillary hand pump mounted in the tender with extension handle). The gunmetal cylinders are actuated by Stephenson gear. The pole reverser is cab mounted. The locomotive has mechanical lubricator. There is a presentation display track but no  storage/transporting boxing, or manual/instructions.

The coal fired locomotive is thought to have had one owner, and not to have been steamed. There are no firebox tools and the access plate mounted in the smoke box door platform is missing. The locomotive is in good clean condition with no damage, but some minor presentation detailing may be missing.
