Description
This 7mm. scale BR(E) Class J15 0-6-0 tender locomotive fleet number 65471 in weathered plain black livery with early crest was hand-built by David Kenton, and believed to be finished by Dave as well. The locomotive is driven by ABC Gearbox/Canon Motor, the frames are fitted with sprung axle boxes, and non-working fully detailed inside motion. The tender has centre axle mounted in sprung axle boxes. The glazed cab has fully detailed backhead with two crew figures and dual working fallplates. The tender has an extensive level of detailing. Buffers and couplings are sprung, the Westinghouse/Vacuum Ejector braking systems are well detailed, along with superb buffer-beam detailing. Locomotive appears to be DCC Ready. Good quality polished wood storage/transport box is available for this locomotive at shipping cost only. There is also a folder of J15 drawings and detail hand drawing.
