Description
This 7mm. scale GWR Dia.C64 Collett 61ft. 4.5ins. Bow End Side Corridor Full Third Carriage fleet number 5723 in 1933 livery was built and painted by Kennard Models (Model Number 523). The carriage was purchased by John Kennerley in August 1996 (plates on underside of carriage and printed on box-end label). The vehicle has brass wheelsets running in cast bogies. Buffers are sprung whilst the couplings are unsprung single link type with lateral side movement. Gangways are flexible and the glazed interior has partitions and seating. Carriage Sides have good detailing including door hinges, brass door handles and hand rails. The carriage is free running and in good condition. Original Kennard Box for storage/transport purposes.
