Description

This 7mm. scale LMS 1937 “Coronation Scot” Number 2 Set in the Blue livery is built from the WayHo kits. The carriages run very freely with all metal disc wheelsets, etched brass subframes (WayOh!), and cast bogies. The underfloor detailing is basic and the carriage bodies have brass door handles, grab handrails, and hinges are featured. Buffers are sprung whilst carriage couplings are single link with lateral movement. Carriage glazing is good quality and interiors are well detailed with wood-grain painted partitions and appropriate seating, tables, curtains and table settings. There are a number of painted passenger figures. The coach painting and lining is excellent. Carriages have individual good quality boxes.

The carriage identifications are as follows: BFK  Dia.1961 r/n 5053; FK  Dia.1960 r/n 1070; RFO Dia.1902 r/n 7508;  RK Dia D.1912 r/n 30089; RTO Dia. 1981 r/n 9003; RTO Dia.1981 r/n 9006; RK Dia.1912 r/n 30085; RTO Dia. 1981 r/n 9004; BTK Dia.1905 r/n 5792.
