Description
This Gauge 1 Liverpool & Manchester Railway 2-4-0 Tender Locomotive “Lion” is a new-build Aster Live Steam Model TB kit form (serial number 16 – UK Market) released in 2000/2001, and built by Peter Alliott for Terry Smith. The locomotive single cylinder has been air tested (video might be available from Peter Alliott) and remains un-steamed. The boiler cladding is un-painted. The presentation box is in good condition and complete with packing, unopened bag containing tools, liquid measure discharge cylinder, funnel, and separately bagged pump extention lever. The bag containing spare build parts is also present, along with assembly and operating manuals and additional guidance sheets. The display track is included.
