Description
This Gauge One 1/32 scale coal fired steam powered SNCF Class 232Ui 4-6-4 tender locomotoive was released by Aster. Prototypically, the locomotive was designed by Marc de Caso and built by Corpet-Louvet in 1949 for “Companie de Nord”. No further Class 232U1 locomotives were commissioned by SNCF as the nationalised company wished to focus on electrification. This model has been previously owned and used. Generally in good condition, some parts are missing such as the rear roof extension to the cab, some parts are damaged, and others will need to be re-fixed. There are no firing tools and the original Aster storage/transporting boxing is not included. The manuals (assembly, operationg instructions and illustraions) are included.
